Investigated the Reason for which cut pieces which are not exploded in the production order. The component explosion issue is only for the Grids 800 and above, as Quantity distribution is not maintained for those grids in the Quantity distribution Profile.
We may not be able to change the Quantity Distribution Profile (add distribution to Grids Above 800) as those profiles are already assigned to the existing BOMs

We may have to create a new Distribution Profile similar to the existing ones and replace it. Informed to NEC
